Function:
This product is white powder, soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol. It is colorless, tasteless, strongly alkaline, soluble in water. Or a light yellow viscous liquid with low content, low organic impurities, good liquidity, etc.
Sodium aluminate can play an irreplaceable role in the field of alkali application, and it provides a source of highly active alumina.
It is suitable for sewage treatment, preparation of alumina adsorbent and catalyst, fine chemical industry and other fields.
Application:
- White carbon black dispersant: this product is used as a dispersant in the production of white carbon black, with excellent performance;
- High grade paint:
① As a coating agent, this product can be widely used in titanium white paint to coat its surface and improve its characteristics (widely);
② As an additive in the process of polymerized man-made fiber, it can improve the colourability, antistatic property and anti pilling property.
- Environmental protection water treatment industry: this product can be used as an environmental protection water purification agent to improve the water purification effect, reduce the hardness of water, accelerate the sedimentation of suspended solids, and adjust the PH value;
- Papermaking industry: this product is mixed with aluminum sulfate as an excellent filler;
- Preparation of alumina adsorbent and catalyst. The reaction ability with silica can be used to produce widely used adsorbent and catalyst zeolite (molecular sieve).
- Concrete industry: this product can be used as a concrete additive to accelerate the solidification of cement, especially under low temperature conditions. It is an ideal additive for rapid construction and cement setting in underground mines, tunnels, etc;
- Petrochemical industry: It can be combined with silicates to improve molecular sieve crystallization, and can be used as catalyst and carrier for petroleum hydrocarbon conversion. This product is an ideal catalyst and catalyst carrier raw material;
- Construction industry: this product is mixed with water glass to form an excellent plugging agent;
- Refractory material industry: this product is smokeless, incombustible and is an excellent additive for refractory cement;
