PETS-4 has excellent thermal stability and good low volatility, and is an efficient high-temperature lubricant that can improve the flowability and demolding performance of the resin. It has excellent nucleation effect on partially crystalline plastics and can be used for transparent products to improve transparency and surface finish; Soluble in solvents such as ethanol and benzene.

Product Usage

1. Used as a lubricant and dispersant in transparent engineering plastics such as thermoplastic polyester (PET/PBT);

2. Used as a lubricant, release agent, and dispersant for polystyrene (PS);

3. Used as a release agent, dispersant, and internal and external lubricant for polycarbonate (PC) and its alloys;

4. Used as a lubricant, release agent, and dispersant for polyoxymethylene (POM) and nylon (PA, PA6, PA66);

5. Used as a lubricant, release agent, lubricator, and antifogging agent for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU);

6. Used as a lubricant and dispersant for reinforcing polypropylene (PP) plastics, it can promote the dispersion and binding of glass fibers in the resin, reduce exposure, and improve product luster in engineering plastics reinforced with glass fibers;

7. Lubricants and anti adhesion agents for polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA);

8. Blending agent for high-end lubricants, lubricant for metal cutting and rolling thin steel plates.
