Function: 

N,N,N’,N’-Tetramethylazodicarboxamide is the most economical and widely used organic chemical foaming agent among all industrial foaming agents. It is a yellow to orange-red crystal powder and is odorless. Good dispersibility, large amount of gas generation, non-toxic, odorless and non-polluting decomposition products, mainly used in the production of closed-cell foaming agent products.

Application: 

1. Used as a thiol oxidizing agent; used in the titration of protein glucose thiolation to distinguish it from other oxidative protein modification reactions.
2. The foaming agent commonly used in the industry can be used in the production of yoga mats, rubber soles, etc. to increase the elasticity of the product.
3. Used in the food industry to increase the strength and flexibility of dough.
