Methoxyethene, also known as Vinyl methyl ether, Methyl vinyl ether, is an organic compound that has an anesthetic effect and is a colorless flammable gas at room temperature. It is mainly used in the production of Glutaraldehyde and Polymer materials, coatings, plasticizers, adhesives, etc.

Application: 

1. It is mainly used in the production of glutaraldehyde and polymer materials, coatings, plasticizers, adhesives, etc.
2. It can be copolymerized with maleic anhydride to obtain a water-soluble resin polyethylene methyl ether maleic anhydride copolymer adhesive.
3. It can be polymerized by ions and then dissolved in water or organic solvents to obtain a polyethylene methyl ether adhesive.
4. It can be used for bonding rubber, aluminum, steel, polystyrene, nitrocellulose and cellophane.
