Application:

Meglumine can enhance the lipid solubility of cyclic adenosine monophosphate, improve the purity of cyclic adenosine monophosphate, so that it can exert the greatest pharmacological effect.

Meglumine has:

1. Positive inotropic effect, non-digitalis cardiotonic drugs, can enhance myocardial contractility and improve heart pumping function;

2. It has vasodilator effect, dilates peripheral blood vessels and reduces the pre- and post-load of the heart;

3. Improve myocardial metabolism, reduce coronary resistance, and increase myocardial oxygen supply;

4. It has the effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation and protecting cardiovascular;
