Function:
HPAA has good chemical stability, is not easily hydrolyzed, is not easily destroyed by acid and alkali, is safe and reliable to use, is non-toxic and non-polluting, can increase the solubility of zinc, and has a strong corrosion inhibition effect. Its corrosion inhibition performance is 5~ higher than that of HEDP and EDTMP 8 times. It has excellent performance as an organic corrosion and scale inhibitor composed of low molecular weight polymers.
Application:
HPAA is mainly used as a cathodic corrosion inhibitor for metals. It is widely used in the corrosion and scale inhibition of circulating cooling water systems in steel, petrochemical, electric power, pharmaceutical and other industries. It has a better effect when combined with zinc salt.
