Function:
Colorless and transparent liquid with strong alcoholic odor. Easily soluble in ethanol and ether. Miscible with water. It is edible spices commonly used in the modulation of fruity, frankincense edible and wine flavors. Dosage according to normal production needs, generally in alcoholic beverages in 1000mg/kg; chewing gum in 580 ~ 3100mg/kg; baked goods in 7lmg/kg; candy in 28mg/kg; cold drinks in 17mg/kg.
