Function: 

N-Ethyl-2-pyrrolidone is a colorless transparent liquid with high polarity and chemical stability. It is miscible with water and general organic solvents in any proportion. It is also an organic synthesis intermediate, used for a variety of chemical synthesis, and also can be used as an organic solvent, mainly for refining and manufacturing gunpowder; Lithium battery, medicine, dye, pesticide, chemical industry, paint, heat-resistant polymer resin and adhesive, degreaser coating, epoxy resin edge removal, acetylene, butadiene extraction, gas desulfurization, pesticide, synthetic fiber spinning medium, pigment dispersion, etc.

Application:  

1. It is used in the production of pyrrolidone series products, oil refining, gunpowder, coating, dye, heat-resistant high molecular weight polymer resin, dry adhesive degreasing, photoresist stripper, coating developer, epoxy resin edge removal, acetylene, butadiene extraction, natural gas desulfurization, synthetic fiber spinning medium, pigment dispersion, etc.
2. It can also be used in pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates and daily cosmetics industries, as well as in the production of high-tech lithium batteries.
