Function:
Colorless crystals. The melting point is 100°C, the relative density is 1.595 (20/4°C), and the boiling point is about 140°C (decomposition). soluble in water. 1g of this product can be dissolved in 1.4ml alcohol, 1.7ml ether, 0.7ml methanol, 2.3ml propanol, almost insoluble in benzene. Has a suitable sour taste.
Application:
1.Used as food additives, pharmaceutical raw materials.
2.Used in the manufacture of esters; used in complexing and flavoring agents.
3.Gamma-aminobutyric acid synthase inhibitors.
