Function: 

Isopentyl formate, also known as Isopentylformate, is found naturally in apples, strawberries, rice vinegar, rum and whiskey. It is a colorless transparent oily liquid. It has plum, plum and black currant-like aroma, slightly sweet, and flammable. Isoamyl formate can be used as a fragrance, and is the most aromatic of the formate esters.

Application: 

1. Allow the use of edible flavors. Mainly used to formulate apples, cherries, almonds, grapes, bananas, apricots, plums, peaches, pecans and other fruit-based flavors.
