Application of Dibutyltin Dilaurate：

1. Dibutyltin dilaurate is an efficient catalyst for esterification and polycondensation reactions in the production of polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives, elastomers and other products.
2. It is used as an efficient catalyst for esterification and condensation reactions in room temperature curing systems, such as in the production of polyurethane adhesives for furniture and waterproof polyurethane coatings for buildings.
3. Dibutyltin dilaurate used in the preparation of silicone rubber (e.g. room temperature vulcanised silicone rubber) and silicone resins, e.g. silicone rubber for sealing electronic components, building sealants, etc…
4. In certain solvent-based coatings and inks, Dibutyltin dilaurate assists in promoting the curing or cross-linking of resins to enhance the adhesion and chemical resistance of coatings.
5. In the reaction of synthesising ester compounds (e.g. spices, plasticisers), Dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst to accelerate the esterification of carboxylic acids and alcohols, to improve the reaction efficiency.
