Function: 

Malic acid is isolated from immature apples; in industry, benzene is mainly used for catalytic oxidation to generate maleic anhydride, and then it is prepared by reacting with water under high temperature and high pressure. Mainly used for: buffering agent, flavoring agent, curing agent.
