Erucylamide is a higher fatty acid amide and one of the important derivatives of erucic acid. It is refined from vegetable oil and insoluble in water. It has certain solubility in organic fluxes such as ketones, esters, alcohols, ethers, and benzenes. As a processing aid for plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene, it not only makes products non adhesive and increases lubricity, but also enhances the thermoplastic and heat resistance of plastics. Adding erucic acid amide to rubber can improve the gloss, tensile strength, and elongation of rubber products, enhance vulcanization promotion and wear resistance. It can increase the adhesion, scratch resistance, offset resistance, and dye solubility of printing ink. etc.

Product Usage

1. It can be used as a lubricant and opening agent for films such as PP, CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU, as well as multi-layer co extrusion films, high transmittance agricultural films, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and metallocene polyethylene. It can significantly reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficients of the surface of products (films or sheets), improve processability and packaging efficiency;

2. It has a smooth, anti stick, and anti stain effect in ink, delays the settling of pigments and fillers, helps redispersion, increases the wear resistance, scratch resistance, and surface smoothness of printed materials, especially improves its smoothness and anti stick during color printing;

3. Adding this product to rubber (SBE, SBP, SBR, PP) can improve the gloss, stain resistance, and elongation of rubber products, enhance vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, and especially have the effect of preventing sun cracking;

4. It can be used as a release agent and surface smoothness and brightener for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubber, a lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, a lubricant for LDPE calendered synthetic leather, a lubricant for fiber materials, non-woven fabrics, and entertainment chips, as well as a lubricant and dispersant for high wear resistant materials such as PA (gears, shaft seals, sliding plates, etc.) and ABS graphite fiber modified materials, Can be used as an effective anti adhesion hot melt adhesive
