- MCDEA is a high-performance aromatic diamine chain extender or curing agent, which can be applied to TDI and MDI process systems, and the dissolution temperature is ≥ 87 ℃; The polyurethane parts made of this material have a maximum working temperature of ≤ 180 ℃ and low internal heat generation. The PU elastomer products prepared have excellent physical and dynamic mechanical properties.
- The curing speed of MCDEAis faster than that of MOCA. The hardness, tear strength, heat resistance, dynamic internal heat generation and other properties of the cast polyurethane elastomer are better than those of MOCA chain expansion. It can be mixed with aromatic diamine chain extenders MOCA, 740m, etc., giving the elastomer good cost performance.
- MCDEAis mainly used for high-performance casting polyurethane elastomer products, as well as spray polyurethane urea elastomer, reaction injection molding Pu, microporous elastomer and other products.
- MCDEAcan also be used as curing agent of epoxy resin and for preparing polyimide engineering plastics.
