Function:
Ammonium thiosulfate can be soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, slightly soluble in acetone. It’s solution can dissolve silver halide and the dissolution to silver chloride and silver bromide is better than that of sodium thiosulfate, so it is also used for fast fixing.
Application:
It is mainly used for color positive film, negative film, color reversal film, color film and photographic paper, and used as a fixer.
Storage:
Stored in a cool dry and ventilated place.
