Function:
Dicyclohexylamine, also known as dodecahydrodiphenylamine, is an organic compound with the chemical formula C12H23N. It is used for organic synthesis, as well as as insecticide, acid gas absorbent and rust inhibitor for steel
Application:
It is mainly used as an intermediate in organic synthesis, it can be used to prepare dye intermediates, rubber accelerators, nitrocellulose lacquers, insecticides, catalysts, preservatives, gas phase corrosion inhibitors and fuel antioxidant additives. Also used as an extractant. The fatty acid salts and sulfates of dicyclohexylamine have the detergency properties of soaps used in the printing and dyeing and textile industries. Its metal complex is used as a catalyst for inks and paints.
Storage:
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from kindling and heat source.
