Function:
Trimellitic anhydride, namely 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic anhydride, is mainly used in unsaturated polyester resin, polyimide resin, water-soluble polyester resin, water-soluble polyurethane resin, water-soluble amino alkyd resin, trimellitic trioctyl ester (TOTM), epoxy resin curing agent and other products. It can also be used as advanced aviation lubricating oil, power capacitor impregnating oil, granular binder, sizing agent, smoke suppressant, instant binder, etc.
Application:
- Used for making unsaturated polyester resin, polyimide resin, PVC heat resistant plasticizer, epoxy resin curing agent, dye, capacitor impregnating oil and adhesive, etc
- Used for making polyester resin, polyimide resin, high temperature insulation material, PVC plasticizer, etc
