Function: 

Quaternary ammonium alkali is a strong organic base with a molecular structure similar to that of ammonium hydroxide, and its alkalinity is stronger than that of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide. Main uses: molecular sieve template agent, catalyst for polymerization of organosilicon products, cleaning agent for electronic industry, phase transfer catalyst in organic synthesis chemistry, regulator in surfactant products, polarographic reagent and pH regulator in analytical chemistry.

Application: 

1. SAPO-34 molecular sieve (MTO, MTP, DMTO processes for coal to olefins), β Molecular sieve templates such as molecular sieves (used for VOCs removal by molecular sieve wheel adsorption), adjuvants in surfactant products, cleaning agents in the electronic industry (such as PCB browning potions), polarographic reagents and pH regulators in the field of analytical chemistry.
2. Polymerization catalysts for silicone rubber and other silicone products, polycarbonate synthesis. Phase transfer catalysts in organic synthesis chemistry.
