Function:
Antimony Glycolate is made from high-purity antimony trioxide as the main raw material, assisted by high-quality ethylene glycol through automatic processes such as reaction, crystallization, filtration and drying. The appearance of ethylene glycol antimony is white or bluish white crystalline particles, odorless, and it is easy to decompose in wet air.
Application:
Antimony Glycolate is the most novel catalyst used in polyester polycondensation. Compared with antimony trioxide and antimony acetate, ethylene glycol antimony has the following advantages:
- Large solubility and good dispersion in ethylene glycol solution.
- High antimony content and good activity can improve the production capacity of the unit.
- The catalyst itself will not bring in new impurities, which can improve the internal quality of chips and improve the spinnability of post processing.
