Function
Oleamide uses natural plant tea seed oil as the main raw material and is finely processed. The product is a waxy solid with unsaturated bonds (double bonds) in its molecules, insoluble in water, and has considerable solubility in solvents such as ketones, esters, alcohols, and turpentine. It has good compatibility with resins. Good dispersibility for various substances (such as dyes, pigments, fillers).
Product Usage
- Used as a high-efficiency lubricant and opening agent for LDPE, LLDPE, blown PP film, IPP (expandable PP), WBQF (water quenched blown film), high-speed packaging machine film, and paper sheet materials;
- Used as an anti stick and anti slip agent for radial tire isolation film;
- Used as a bright lubricant and anti adhesive for antibacterial and anti mold adhesive panels and black color masterbatches;
- A fluidizing accelerator for thermoplastic powder coatings, which improves flowability and dispersibility to prevent adhesion;
- Used as an anti adhesive and lubricant for polylactic acid degradation films;
- Leveling, smoothness, anti sticking, and dispersant of surface printing ink
