Function
Octadecanamide is a white lotion. The product is non-toxic, pollution-free, hazard free, and green. It is easily dispersed in water and has characteristics such as ultrafine, low viscosity, and good dispersibility. Stearic acid amide is mainly used in inks, coatings, leather coatings, etc. to improve smoothness, wear resistance, and adhesion resistance; It can also be used as a textile post-treatment additive, paper coating, thermosensitive paper sensitizer, etc.
Product Usage
- It can be used as a lubricant and anti adhesive for PE, PP, BOPP, EVA, LDPE, PVC, PVDC, etc., as well as a plastic anti-static agent and a plastic foam control agent; Production of towel softeners (intermediates) and fiber waterproof softeners;
- It can be used as a lubricant, release agent, and dispersant for rubber, improving the processability of rubber materials, enhancing the dispersion effect of pigments and fillers, and as a bright release agent and rolling assistant for sulfonated rubber (CSPE); Release agents and lubricants for natural or synthetic rubber processing
- It can be used as a ultrafine water-based emulsion dispersion and is widely used as a sensitizer for thermosensitive paper;
- Blending agent for plastic pencils (refills) and ink, lubricant for coated paper, and wax for precision casting;
- Lubricants for silane crosslinked polyethylene materials and phenolic laminates (paper substrates);
- Anti adhesion agents for polyolefin films, paraffin emulsion stabilizers, etc;
- The internal and external lubricants and surface brighteners of hard PVC rolling films have a good synergistic effect with organic tin stabilizers, which can improve the dispersion and electrical insulation of pigments. They are used as lubricants and anti adhesion agents for extrusion or injection molding of PVC sheets and pipes;
