Docosanamide is an excellent lubricant used for PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene extruded films, etc. It has good thermal stability and is a non ionic surfactant. It is stable in acid, alkali, and water media and difficult to dissolve in most solvents at room temperature. It has functions such as opening, anti sticking, demolding, lubricating, brightening, dispersing, and anti-static.

Product Usage

1. Mainly used as an opening anti adhesive and anti scratch agent for CPP, BOPP, BOPET, BOPS, BOPA, BOPO, BOPLA, BOPEN, POF, and composite films;

2. Used as an opening, anti sticking, and smoothing agent for LLDPE, LDPE, EVA, etc;

3. Used as an additive for foaming PE and as an internal and external lubricant for PVC;

4. Used as a bright release agent and in mold flow promoter for engineering plastics (PA6, PA66);

5. Release agents and lubricants for thermoplastic elastomers;

5. Used as a brightener, lubricant dispersant, lubricant, and anti scratch agent
