Function: 

Thiourea accelerators have unique effects on the vulcanization of neoprene, and can produce neoprene vulcanizate with good properties such as tensile strength, hardness, and compression set. Both scorch and vulcanization are fast, but the vulcanization flatness is better. The product is easy to disperse and does not spray frost. When the amount is large, it can be vulcanized at high temperature and high speed, especially suitable for continuous vulcanization of extruded products. Soluble in ethanol, acetone, soluble in water, insoluble in gasoline.

Application: 

1.Mainly used in rubber vulcanization accelerator DETU.

2.This product is also an accelerator for butyl rubber and a vulcanization active agent for EPDM rubber

3.It can activate thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators in natural rubber and aniline, and has antioxidant effect on natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber.
