Function
(Z) – N-octadecyldocos-13-enamide has good lubrication and moderate smoothness, good thermal stability, and can be used in plastic (resin) processing above 310 ℃. The dosage is increasing with the continuous growth of high-temperature resistant polymers, making it more useful in film casting in engineering plastics. Migration occurs on the surface of polypropylene copolymers, but not on the core layer of polypropylene homopolymers.
Product Usage
1.It can be used as a lubricant, anti adhesion agent, and release agent for polyolefin, nylon (PA), and polyester (PET, PBT) resins, and is more suitable for composite and multi-layer co extrusion production processes, as well as in calendering and plastic packaging;
- Use in moderation according to production needs in PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, AS, PET, PC, PVC, and PVDC;
- Internal release agent and lubricant for acrylic rubber;
- Used as an effective anti adhesion and anti slip agent for cellulose, polyolefins, ethylene/propylene, ethylene/vinyl copolymers, polyethylene based polymers, and copolymers.;
- High temperature resistant release agents, lubricants, and friction regulators for engineering plastics (friction coefficients can be controlled between 0.25 and 0.45);
- Excellent release agent for metallocene polyolefins.
