Function
MO is a medium boiling point strong solvent used as a solvent for nitrocellulose and various resins, especially vinyl resins and spray paint. Important organic synthesis intermediates, mainly used in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and insecticides. It is also a raw material for producing methyl isobutyl ketone and methyl isobutanol
