Function

Melamine is an important nitrogen heterocyclic organic chemical intermediate using urea as raw material. Due to its environmental performance and wide range of uses, it is increasingly favored by people. It is widely used in industries such as wood processing, plastics, coatings, water reducing agents, papermaking, adhesives, textiles, leather, electrical appliances, pharmaceuticals, flame retardants, etc

Product Usage

(1) Decorative panel: It can be made into fire-resistant, seismic resistant, and heat-resistant laminated panels, with bright colors and strong and heat-resistant decorative panels. It can be used as veneers for aircraft, ships, and furniture, as well as fire-resistant, seismic resistant, and heat-resistant building decoration materials.

(2) Coating: After etherification with butanol and methanol, it can be used as a binder for advanced thermosetting coatings and solid powder coatings, and can be used to make metal coatings and high-end amino resin decorative coatings for vehicles and electrical appliances.

(3) Moulding powder: Through mixing, granulation and other processes, it can be made into melamine plastic, which is colorless, stain resistant, and can still maintain good electrical properties when wet. It can be made into high-quality insulation materials such as clean and impact resistant daily utensils, sanitary ware, imitation porcelain tableware, and electrical equipment.

(4) Paper: After etherification with ether, it can be used as a paper processing agent to produce high-quality paper such as wrinkle resistant, shrink resistant, and non rotting banknotes and military maps.

(5) Melamine formaldehyde resin can be mixed with other raw materials to produce fabric finishing agents, leather tanning and wetting agents, polishing agents and water resistant agents, rubber adhesives, combustion aids, high-efficiency cement water reducing agents, steel desalination agents, etc.
