Function:
Dimethyl Tin(IV) chloride (DMCT) is used as an aqueous solution. It is widely used in magnesium or alloy corrosion inhibitors, glass coatings, electroluminescent materials and catalysts. As an intermediate, DMCT can be further synthesized and processed into halogenated ethylene resin, especially polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) heat stabilizer – thiol methyl tin, which is highly efficient, low toxicity, and high transparency.
Application:
1.Mainly used for producing methyl tin heat stabilizer.
2.Used as raw material for glass coating and catalyst for esterification reaction.
Storage:
Stored in a cool dry and ventilated place.
