Function:
Food-grade chitosan, also known as chitooligosaccharide and oligomeric chitosan, is an oligosaccharide product with polymerization degree between 2 and 20 obtained by degrading chitosan through special biological enzyme technology (chemical degradation and microwave degradation technology have also been reported), with molecular weight ≤ 3200 Da, which is a low molecular weight product with good water solubility, high functional role and high biological activity.
