Function:
- Used as nitrogen fertilizer.
- Used as food leavening agent and bulking agent as chemical bulking agent.
- Use alkali; leavening agent; buffering agent; aerating agent. It can be used in combination with sodium bicarbonate as the raw material of leavening agent for bread, biscuits, pancakes, etc.
Application:
