Function: 

Polyimide, as a special engineering material, has the advantages of high temperature resistance, radiation resistance and high mechanical strength, and is used in films, coatings, fibers, aerospace, electrical and electronic industry, foam and photoresist, etc. 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether is one of the main raw materials. At the same time, 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether can also be used for the production of cross-linking agent, and widely used in the production of azo dyes and reactive dyes instead of carcinogenic benzidine. Therefore, 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether is an intermediate with high added value.

Application: 

1). It is one of the important raw materials for new specialty engineering plastics such as polyimide, polyetherimide, polyester imide, polymaleimide, polyaramid and other high temperature resistant resins;

2). It is also a synthetic 3,3 ‘, 4,4’-tetra-amino diphenyl ether, which is the preparation of a series of aromatic heterocyclic heat-resistant polymer materials, the main monomer.

3). It is also used as high-performance heat-resistant epoxy resin, polyurethane and

other synthetic polymer raw materials and cross-linking agent.

4). Also used to replace the carcinogenic benzidine production of azo dyes, reactive dyes and spices and other fields. Currently with diaminodiphenyl ether as the raw material has been developed a red, red, sand red, yellow brown, green, gray, blue, orange, black and other different levels of direct dyes can be used for silk, wool, cotton, Ma and other fabric dyeing, color fastness and exhaustion rate and other aspects are superior to the benzidine dye.
