1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane is a colorless transparent liquid that can be used for coating electronic products, self-cleaning of glass and other products at room temperature; Hydrophobic and oil repellent treatment of surfaces such as glass or fiber.
Application:
- The low molecular alcohol is released after hydrolysis, and the resulting active silanol can form chemical bond with the hydroxyl, carboxyl and oxygen containing groups in many inorganic and organic substrates, forming a self-assembled monolayer fluorosilicone film on the surface of inorganic compound.
- The treated substrate has extremely low surface energy and poor wettability, exhibiting excellent hydrophobicity, oil repellency, and anti fouling properties.
- Suitable for hydrophobic, oil repellent, and anti fouling treatment of surfaces such as stone, glass, ceramics, white carbon black, and glass fiber.
