Function:
L-ascorbic acid 2-phosphate (AA2P) is used for biocatalytic dephosphorylation for power generation and electrochemical assay determination. l-ascorbic acid 2-phosphate can be used for cell differentiation and tissue engineering applications.
Application:
Vitamin C is a well-known skin-whitening agent. It can promote the synthesis of ossein and restrain the oxidation of the lipid. However, its colour is easily changed by oxidation, so the use of Vitamin C is limited. Brillian-300 can overcome this shortcoming. stability of the product is highly improved. Once Brillian-300 is absorbed by skin, it quickly decomposes into Vitamin C, and exerts the physiological action of Vitamin C.
