Function
Potassium antimony tartrate can paralyze the muscles and suction cups of schistosomiasis, causing them to lose their adsorption ability. It flows into the liver with blood and is engulfed by white blood cells and reticuloendothelial cells in the liver
Potassium antimony tartrate is still a widely used organic chemical raw material.
Product Usage
- Used as an analytical reagent, mordant and insecticide for fabrics and leather, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry
- Used as a mordant and insecticide for fabrics and leather, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry
- In the printing and dyeing industry, it is used as a mordant for cotton dyeing with reducing dyes. After dyeing with acidic dyes, it is treated with a solution of antimony potassium tartrate, tannic acid, and formic acid to improve the washing and soaping fastness of the fabric. The leather industry is used as a mordant for leather. The pharmaceutical industry uses emetics and injections for the treatment of schistosomiasis.
