Function:
HPMA is a low-molecular-weight polyelectrolyte, generally with a relative molecular weight of 400-800, non-toxic, easily soluble in water, high chemical and thermal stability, and its decomposition temperature is above 330°C. It has obvious solubility limit effect at high temperature (<350°C) and high PH. It is suitable for alkaline water quality or used in combination with other medicines. It still has a good scale inhibition and dispersion effect on carbonates below 300°C, and the scale inhibition time can reach 100h. Due to its excellent anti-scaling performance and high temperature resistance, it is widely used in seawater desalination flash evaporation plants, low-pressure boilers, steam locomotives, crude oil dehydration, water and oil pipelines, and industrial circulating cooling water. In addition, this agent has a certain corrosion inhibition effect, and the compound effect is better when combined with zinc salt. It can also be used in cement admixtures.
Application:
HPMA is usually compounded with organic phosphonates at 1-15ppm, and is used for circulating cooling water, oilfield water injection, crude oil dehydration treatment and low-pressure boiler furnace treatment. Up to 98%. When it is compounded with zinc salt, it can effectively prevent the corrosion of carbon steel.
Storage:
Stored in a cool dry and ventilated place
