Function: 

As an additive for lithium-ion battery electrolyte, its function is to suppress the decrease in initial capacity of the battery, increase the initial discharge capacity, reduce the expansion of the battery after high-temperature storage, and improve the charging and discharging performance and cycle times of the battery.

Application: 

1. Additives for lithium-ion battery electrolytes;
2. Hydroxyethylation reagents used for organic synthesis to synthesize pharmaceutical intermediates;
3. As a raw material for some heterocyclic compounds, antihypertensive drugs, and new bisurfactants used in the synthesis of gelatin hardening.
