Hexadecanamide is a high melting point, high-purity amide type non ionic surfactant with lubrication, smoothness, demolding, antistatic, anti stick, dispersion, and emulsification effects. It is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents such as hot ethanol and isopropanol.

Product Usage

1. It can be used as internal and external lubricants, anti sticking agents, and surface cooling agents for hard PVC and LDPE rolling films on artificial leather (surface layer), external lubricants for HDPE tape, polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) lubricants, lubricants for coated paper, and wax for precision casting;

2. Blending agents for soft plastic pencils (refills), crayons, and inks, as well as dispersants and anti settling agents for inks and coatings;

3. Plastic anti-static agents and plastic foam control agents, as well as anti stick opening agents, lubricants, and release agents;

4. It can be used as an internal release agent, release agent, lubricant and dispersant for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, as well as a surface treatment agent and surface brightener for fillers;

5. Lubricating and demolding agents for silane crosslinked polyethylene (cable and pipe materials) and water-based phenolic laminates (paper substrates), as well as modifiers for road asphalt, especially suitable for high viscosity asphalt;

6. Anti caking and loosening agents for compound fertilizers and ammonium nitrate;

7. Used as an emulsifier or emulsifier stabilizer in shampoo, detergent, and other cosmetics, it can be used to prepare shampoo, bath solution, and cosmetics.
