Function:
1. During combustion, it can decompose and produce phosphoric acid, metaphosphate and other substances, forming a protective film on the surface of the material, which has good flame retardant effect.
2. It can be inserted into the polymer molecular chain to reduce the glass transition temperature of the polymer, improve the flexibility, ductility and processing properties, and play a plasticizing role.
Application:
1. Widely used in the production of polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, phenolic resin and other plastics, can significantly improve the flame retardant properties of plastics, improve the cold resistance, water resistance, anti-static properties of plastics.
2. As a flame retardant and plasticizer for rubber, it is often used in the production of rubber transport belts, rubber seals and other products.
3. Added to nitro fiber paint, ethyl fiber paint and other coatings, so that the coating plays a decorative and protective role at the same time, with better fire safety.
4. Can be used as a flame retardant finishing agent for textiles, widely used in the production of curtains, carpets, protective clothing and other textiles.
5. It can also be used as an extra pressure additive for lubricating oil, which can effectively prevent the oxidation and wear of lubricating oil under high temperature and high pressure.
