Function:
The core function of triclosan is to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms, and its antimicrobial mechanism is to interfere with the energy metabolism and biosynthesis of microbial cells, destroy the structure of the cell membrane, so as to rapidly kill or inhibit a variety of gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, as well as some of the fungi (such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, etc.).
