Function:
Sodium oleate, also known as sodium oleate soap, is a white to pale yellow powder or light brown coarse powder with a special taste and odor. It is alkaline when dissolved in water, neutral when dissolved in ethanol, and insoluble in benzene. It is mainly used in mining, textile waterproofing, soap making, and as an anionic surfactant and textile waterproofing agent.

The main component of soap made from olive oil, etc., and also the main component of tallow soap.
Used as a food coating agent, such as fruit and vegetable surface coating, and can be used in combination with ethylene oxide and high-boron fatty alcohol.
