Pullulan are mainly used in the pharmaceutical, food, light industry, chemical and petroleum industries.

As a water-soluble mucopolysaccharide, Pullulan has good film formation, fiber formation, gas barrier, adhesion, easy processing and non-toxicity.

Application:

1. As a product wrap film

Since the pullulan has a good film forming property, it has a good effect on the preservation of fruits, vegetables, eggs and the like.

2. Preservation of seafood

Pullulan can effectively and effectively inhibit the accumulation of volatile energy base nitrogen in seafood and reduce the evaporation of water from seafood. It is a new and effective seafood preservative.

3. Food processing industry
