Function:
1.Chemiluminescence detection function.
2.Biomedical detection function.
Application:
1.In the field of criminal investigation, it is used to detect bloodstains at the crime scene.
2. It can be used for the direct or indirect determination of inorganic substances, such as the determination of metal ions such as cobalt ions (Co²⁺), chromium ions (Cr³⁺), copper ions (Cu²⁺), as well as non-metallic elements such as bromine, chlorine, arsenic, etc. or compounds such as oxygen and nitrogen dioxide.
3. In clinical tests, the derivatives of luminal can test the content of glucose, uric acid, lactic acid, cholesterol and other compounds; it can also be used as a bioluminescent labeling reagent for chemiluminescence immunology studies.
4. Determine the chemiluminescence of blood neutrophils, and then determine the activity of serum conditioners, congenital neutrophil function defects, etc..
