Lysine is one of the essential amino acids in the human body, which can promote human development, enhance immune function, and improve the function of central nervous system. Lysine is a basic essential amino acid. Due to the very low content of lysine in cereal foods, which is easily damaged and lacking during processing, it is called the first limiting amino acid.
- In terms of food applications, lysine is mainly used as a flavor enhancer in milk powder, children’s health products, and nutritional supplements (mainly used to strengthen L-lysine). Since the odor is smaller than L-lysine hydrochloride, the effect is better.
- Lysine can be used as a flavoring agent. Used in alcohol, cool beverages, bread, starch products, etc.
- Lysine can be used as a business additive.
