Function:
1. BDP has a highly efficient flame retardant function.
2.BDP can reduce the amount of smoke produced when the material burns.
3. BDP has a high thermal decomposition temperature.
4. Bisphenol-A bis(diphenyl phosphate) has good compatibility with many kinds of polymer materials such as PC, PS, ABS resin, etc。
5.BDP does not contain halogen, it is a kind of green environmental protection flame retardant.
Application:
1. Widely used in computers, TVs, cell phones, and other electronic equipment shells and printed circuit boards (PCB) production materials.
2. Used in insulation layer and sheath materials of wires and cables.
3. Used in building thermal insulation materials such as polystyrene foam board and polyurethane foam.
4. Adding BDP to the fabrics and sponges of automobile seats can improve the flame retardant property of seats and reduce the burning speed of automobile interiors in fire.
6. Used in plastic materials for interior parts such as automobile dashboards and door panels.
7. It can be used for flame-retardant finishing of textiles, which is widely used in household textiles such as curtains, sofa covers, bedding and industrial textiles such as protective clothing.
8. BDP can be used as flame retardant in various composite materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastics and carbon fiber composites.
