Function of ABVN：
The main function of V-65 is to act as an initiator of free radical polymerisation reactions, generating reactive free radicals through thermal decomposition and initiating polymerisation reactions of macromolecules, whose applications cover the industrial fields of plastics, rubber and coatings, as well as organic synthesis and scientific research scenarios.
ABVN is a kind of polymer polymerisation initiator, which features high initiation efficiency, smooth reaction and excellent polymer quality.
Application of ABVN：
- AMVN is used in the polymerisation reaction of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), polyacrylate and other resins.
- V-65 is used in the preparation of synthetic rubber (such as styrene-butadiene rubber).
- As a free radical initiator, it promotes the cross-linking and curing of acrylate coatings, and improves the hardness and weather resistance of coatings.
- ABVN initiates halogenation reaction, addition reaction or coupling reaction in organic synthesis.
- The nitrogen produced by decomposition can be used as a source of foaming gas for foam (e.g. polystyrene foam), together with other blowing agents.
