Function:

Macrocyclic polyethers, also known as hole ethers and crown ethers, which contain multiple ethoxy structural units in the crown ether molecule, are usually prepared by the Williamson synthesis method. Main uses: High efficiency phase transfer catalysts for fine organic synthesis, complexing agents, extractants for the separation and extraction of precious metals and rare earth elements, ionic conductive materials for the electronic industry, and materials for the production of liquid crystal display elements.

Application: 

1. A curing promoter for cyanoacrylate (502) adhesives, and a phase transfer catalyst in organic synthesis chemistry.
2. A complexing agent, extractant for the separation and extraction of precious metals and rare earth elements, ionic conductive material for the electronic industry, and material for the production of liquid crystal display elements.
